Beachwood empty stores! What would you like to see here, Beachwood
This was the former location of the eBay Yard Sale store.
There are far too many empty stores in Ocean County and malls that look so empty. Remember the eBay Thrift Store and Garage Sale Store in Beachwood? When the building was demolished some time ago, I was hoping for a bigger eBay store there, but no – just more “little” stores. And now they’re all empty. There is a sign on the front if someone wants to rent one of the stores for your business.
The place I’m talking about is on Rt. 166 in Beachwood between Beach Avenue and Tiller Avenue.
I hear it’s an office space possibility. I would love to see nice businesses come to Beachwood.
Beachwood is such a cute town, what would you like to see there? Restaurants, a craft brewery, specialty shops, an arcade? I heard Albert in Beachwood and he is concerned about the traffic on Route 166 during rush hour. He wrote: “It’s already crazy in this part of Beachwood around 5:00 PM. I can’t even imagine if more than one business is moving into this building.”
Sam in Beachwood wishes there was a Saladworks.
Jodi in South Toms River would love to see a pet store.
I love the idea of Saladworks. That would be great. But, one thing could be a problem, parking. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of parking. So it is possible that there are offices. Even though it is an office space, parking is still very limited.
What does Beachwood need? What do you want to see here?
